Private Yin Circles

Your group. Your rhythm. Live, online, together.

Sometimes you're looking for a reason to gather. Sometimes you're looking for a way to stay connected. And sometimes you’re simply looking for a meaningful way to spend time with one another.

Private Yin Circles bring friends, sisterhoods, and other established groups into a shared 6-week Yin Yoga experience.

Because sessions are held live on Zoom, your group can be local or spread across cities, states, or time zones.

Inside the Circle

Over six weeks, we’ll explore the foundations of Yin Yoga in a way that feels approachable and supportive.

We meet weekly on Zoom for 75-minute sessions, with replays available if someone can’t attend live or wants to revisit the practice.

Start dates and weekly session times are arranged around your group and my availability.

Each live session flows through:

  • a short opening for connection, conversation, and light Yin Yoga education

  • a guided practice

  • a final rest period and closing

You’ll need a blanket, two blocks, and a bolster (or supportive substitute).

Between sessions, a private Voxer group offers a space to ask questions, share reflections, and receive support.

What’s Included

  • Six 75-minute live online Yin Yoga sessions (replays available)

  • A private Voxer group for questions, check-ins, and support

  • A digital workbook with Yin Yoga education and resources

  • A special welcome gift mailed to each group member

Pricing

Pricing begins at $600 per 6-week Circle for up to 4 women.

Larger groups are welcome, with pricing adjusted based on group size.

What Makes Yin Yoga So Different?

Yin Yoga is a quiet, grounding practice that invites you to soften, slow down, and settle into the body.

Unlike more dynamic movement practices, Yin uses longer-held, floor-based shapes (usually 3 - 5 minutes each) to allow time and space for release.

It’s a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

Over time, Yin can support mobility, ease tension, and create a greater sense of openness in the body. Beyond the physical benefits, many people are drawn to it for the way it supports the nervous system and encourages deep rest.

You don’t need any experience to begin.

You might simply be craving:

  • a slower pace

  • space to step away from constant mental noise

  • deep rest that feels genuinely restorative

  • time to soften, stretch, and let go

  • more ease and mobility in your body

If this resonates, let’s connect about a Private Yin Circle or other ways we can work together.
