pause. breathe. reconnect.
Pressing Pause
Pressing Pause is my signature 6-week Yin Yoga experience—a quiet, grounding space to slow down, with weekly live classes, personalized guidance, and thoughtfully curated resources to support you between sessions.
Think of it as a deep exhale for your whole being—a space to soften, release tension, and feel more at ease in your body.
Whether you’re completely new to Yin Yoga or returning after time away, Pressing Pause meets you exactly where you are.
The current small group is underway.
Future small groups will be shared soon—or you’re welcome to book a Private Yin Circle.
What Makes Yin Yoga So Different…
And Why It’s the Self Care Practice You’ve Been Craving
Yin Yoga is unlike most movement practices, not only because of what you're doing, but because of how you're being.
It invites you to slow down, tune in, and soften in ways that reach far beyond the physical body.
This is a quiet, deeply relaxing practice that works into the connective tissues of the body—like your ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks—through longer-held, floor-based poses (usually 3 to 5 minutes each).
Props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used—not just for support, but to help you settle in more fully and feel more at ease in your body.
Over time, Yin can support mobility, ease tightness, and help your body feel more open and supported—but the physical benefits are just the beginning.
Many women return to Yin again and again for the way it supports their whole being—body, mind, and spirit.
Does this sound like you?
You’re craving …
a slower pace and quiet moments
more presence in your body and breath
space to soften, stretch, and let go
relief from stress, overwhelm and a constantly busy mind
deeper rest
more ease in your body
a practice that meets you exactly where you are
If you saw yourself in even one of the above, Pressing Pause may be just what you need right now.
Here’s what it looks like to step inside: how the program is structured, how you can join, and what previous clients have shared.
