Pressing Pause is a 6-week online journey into the quiet, grounding practice of Yin Yoga.

Each week includes one live-streamed class, personalized support, and thoughtfully curated resources to gently guide your practice.

Think of it as a deep exhale for your whole being — a space to slow down, reconnect, and release. An opportunity to center yourself, ease tension, and settle into the soothing rhythm of Yin.

What Makes Yin Yoga So Different — and Why You Might Just Fall in Love with It

Yin Yoga is unlike most movement practices — not only because of what you're doing, but because of how you're being. It invites you to slow down, tune in, and soften in ways that reach far beyond the physical body.

It is a quiet, deeply relaxing practice that works into the connective tissues of the body—like your ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia networks —through passive, longer-held floor poses (usually 3 to 5 minutes each).

Props play an important role in Yin — items like blocks, blankets, bolsters, cushions and straps are commonly used to support the body, make poses more accessible, and encourage a sense of ease and comfort throughout the practice.

Yin can help improve joint mobility, enhance flexibility, and release long-held tension—but the physical benefits are just the beginning.

Many women return to Yin again and again for the way it supports their whole being—body, mind, and nervous system.

Six Live-Streamed Classes & Replays

Join me every Tuesday at 8:15 p.m. EST for six weeks of live, 65-minute Yin Yoga classes via Zoom.

Can’t make it live? No worries — you’ll receive a replay within 24 hours. (Replays are available for 7–10 days after each session.)

Coaching & Support

Between classes, stay connected via a private Voxer group — a space for voice and text-based check-ins, personalized guidance, and shared reflections.

You'll also receive a thoughtfully designed workbook to deepen your practice throughout the 6 weeks—and beyond.

Required Props

You’ll need: 1 blanket and 2 yoga blocks.

To enhance your experience and give you more options, a round yoga bolster is highly recommended. It’s not required, but it really does make a difference.

Don’t have these props? No problem! I’ll send shopping tips and direct links to help you find what you need easily and affordably.

Offered as a private 6-week Yin Yoga circle, this is a meaningful opportunity for small groups of women—or even just you if you prefer a 1:1 experience—to move through the Pressing Pause program together. Whether you gather as a book club, a mastermind, a creative collective, or a close-knit circle of friends, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and settle into the nourishing practice of Yin Yoga.

Every private circle will experience the same gentle, nourishing online program, with teachings thoughtfully attuned to your group’s unique energy, intentions, and rhythm.

Choose Your Preferred Weeknight & Start Time

Scheduling is intentionally flexible. Select from Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evenings, with start times at 8:00 or 8:15 p.m. EST (depending on the season and current bookings). Have another time in mind? Reach out—I’d love to explore alternate options with you.

Introductory Pricing: $750

This flat rate includes the complete 6-week program — for up to 10 women total. That’s just $75 per person if your circle is at full capacity.
