pause. breathe. reconnect.
Pressing Pause
Pressing Pause is my signature 6-week live, online program — a gentle, grounding experience designed to introduce you to the quiet world of Yin Yoga with weekly live classes (replays available), personalized guidance, and thoughtful support woven throughout.
Think of it as a deep exhale for your whole being — a chance to slow down, release tension, reconnect with yourself, and settle more fully into your body and breath.
Whether you’re completely new to Yin Yoga or returning after time away, Pressing Pause meets you exactly where you are.
We practice live, online, together.
The next open enrollment group begins this fall.
Until then, Private Yin Circles are available for established groups seeking a shared Yin Yoga experience. Start dates and weekly session times are customized for your group.
What Makes Yin Yoga So Different…
And Why So Many Women Return to It Again and Again
Yin Yoga is unlike most movement practices, not only because of what you're doing, but because of how you're being.
It invites you to slow down, tune in, and soften in ways that extend far beyond the physical body.
This is a quiet, grounding, and deeply relaxing practice that works into the connective tissues of the body—like your ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks—through longer-held, floor-based poses (usually 3 to 5 minutes each).
Props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used—not just for support, but to help you settle in more fully and feel more at ease in your body.
Over time, Yin can support mobility, nourish the joints and connective tissues, ease tension, and help your body feel more open—but the physical benefits are only part of the experience.
Many women return to Yin again and again for the way it supports their whole being—body, mind, and spirit.
You might be craving…
a slower pace and quiet moments
relief from stress, overwhelm, and a constantly busy mind
more presence in your body and breath
space to soften, stretch, and let go
deeper, more restorative sleep
more ease and mobility in your joints and body
a practice that meets you exactly where you are
If you saw yourself in even one of the above, Pressing Pause offers a supportive place to begin.
Below you’ll find program details, how to join, and reflections from previous clients.
