pause. breathe. reconnect.
Pressing Pause
Pressing Pause is my signature 6-week online Yin Yoga experience—a quiet, grounding space with weekly live classes, personalized guidance, and thoughtfully curated resources to support you between sessions.
Think of it as a deep exhale for your whole being—a space to slow down and let go.
Whether you’re completely new to Yin Yoga or returning after time away, Pressing Pause meets you exactly where you are.
The next small group begins Spring 2026.
What Makes Yin Yoga So Different — And Why It’s the Self Care Practice You’ve Been Craving
Yin Yoga is unlike most movement practices, not only because of what you're doing, but because of how you're being.
It invites you to go slow, tune in, and soften in ways that reach far beyond the physical body.
This is a quiet, deeply relaxing practice that works into the connective tissues of the body—like your ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks—through passive, longer-held floor poses (usually 3 to 5 minutes each).
Props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used—not just for support, but to help you settle in more fully, reduce resistance, and access deeper layers of stillness.
Yin can support joint mobility and flexibility, release long-held tension, and even support better sleep—but the physical benefits are just the beginning.
Many women return to Yin again and again for the way it supports their whole being—body, mind, and spirit.
Does this sound like you?
You’re craving …
A slower pace and quiet moments
More presence in your body and breath
Space to soften, stretch, and let go
Relief from stress, anxiety, and overthinking
Better sleep and nervous system support
Improved joint mobility and circulation
A practice that meets you exactly where you are
If you saw yourself in any of the above, Pressing Pause may be exactly what you need.
Here’s what the experience looks like, how you can join, and what previous clients have shared..

Spending time slowing down, in silence, with myself and other like-minded women allowed me the spaciousness to go deeper into my personal development journey.
