Yin Yoga for Women
A slower, softer approach to movement, rest, and well-being.
Welcome, I’m Erica.
If you’re craving a different way to move, if life has felt full and demanding, or if your body has been asking for something different lately, you’re in the right place.
Through Therapeutic Yin and gentle practices, I support women in slowing down, reconnecting with their bodies, and creating more space for rest, ease, and well-being.
We practice live, online, together.

Have an idea for bringing a little more rest, presence, and connection to your group or community?
I love creating thoughtful experiences that bring Therapeutic Yin, gentle movement, rest, and well-being into different spaces and places. Whether you have something already in mind or simply want to explore an idea, I’d love to hear from you.
What Makes Yin Yoga So Different…
Yin Yoga offers a different approach to movement, not only because of what you're doing, but because of how you're being. It invites you to slow down, tune in, and soften.
This is a quiet, grounding, and restful practice that works with the connective tissues of the body including ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia, through longer-held, floor-based poses, usually 3 to 5 minutes at a time.
Props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks are often used, not just for support, but to help you settle in more fully and feel more at ease in your body.
Over time, Yin can support mobility, ease tension, and help your body feel more open, but the physical benefits are only part of the experience.
For many women, Yin offers something they may not realize they’ve been craving: a chance to slow down, rest, reconnect with their bodies, and simply be.
You might be craving…
a slower pace and moments of stillness
a gentle complement to the ways you move and challenge your body
relief from stress, overwhelm, and a busy mind
time to soften, release tension, and let go
a deeper connection with your body and breath
more restful sleep
If this resonates, I’m glad you’re here.

“Pressing Pause was the yin program I didn’t know I needed in my life. Spending time slowing down, in silence, with myself and other like-minded women allowed me the spaciousness to go deeper into my personal development journey. The combination of education and yoga learnings, inspirational quotes and quiet was magic. Physically I could feel the benefits of our practice all day.
