Hi, I’m Erica Elbery—a certified yoga teacher, fitness instructor, and wellness educator with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals on their health and wellness journey.
My approach is rooted in presence, compassion, and a deep belief in the power of slowing down. At the heart of my offerings is Yin Yoga — a quiet, meditative practice that not only helps you reconnect with your body and calm your mind but also supports flexibility, mobility, and release of deep-seated tension.

Pressing Pause is a 6-week online journey into the quiet, grounding practice of Yin Yoga.
Each week includes one live-streamed class, personalized support, and thoughtfully curated resources to gently guide your practice.
Think of it as a deep exhale for your whole being — a space to slow down, reconnect, and release. An opportunity to center yourself, ease tension, and settle into the soothing rhythm of Yin.
